PediaPulse is an independent, visual educational initiative founded by Ebenezer Adebiyi, MD, MPH, FAAP, a board-certified pediatrician and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of the views or clinical practices of any hospital network or medical institution.
No medical advice
Nothing on PediaPulse constitutes medical advice, a clinical diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for the care of a licensed healthcare provider. Dr. Adebiyi's work on PediaPulse is strictly educational and does not constitute the establishment of a doctor-patient relationship. Always consult your child's own physician for medical concerns.
No emergency use
PediaPulse is not an emergency resource. If you believe your child is in distress or facing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use PediaPulse in place of emergency care.
Accuracy of content
We make every effort to ensure content on PediaPulse is accurate and current. However, medical knowledge evolves and content may not reflect the most recent clinical developments. ProParenting Pulse LLC makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content on this platform.
Interactive tools
The interactive tools on PediaPulse are designed to help parents log and describe their observations. Tool outputs are observational summaries only. They do not constitute a clinical assessment, diagnosis, or recommendation of any kind. Always share tool outputs with your child's own physician.
Intellectual property
All content on PediaPulse including text, graphics, illustrations, SVGs, and interactive tools is the property of ProParenting Pulse LLC or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without express written permission from ProParenting Pulse LLC.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProParenting Pulse LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use PediaPulse, including any reliance on content or tool outputs available on this platform.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProParenting Pulse LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses including reasonable legal fees arising from your use of PediaPulse or your violation of these terms.
Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of PediaPulse after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
